Skaoot is built and supported by one person. The fastest path to a real reply depends on what you need.

Already using Skaoot?

If you’re already using Skaoot on iOS, Android, macOS, or web, the fastest path is Profile → Contact Support. The in-app messenger knows who you are and sees your account context, so we can debug your specific bookings without a back-and-forth.

Just visiting?

Use the chat widget in the corner of the page. It routes to the same inbox as the in-app messenger, so you don’t need an account. If you install Skaoot later, the conversation can be linked to your account.

Prefer email?

Write to support@skaoot.com. Use it for anything that doesn’t fit chat: long-form questions, attachments, business / press / partnerships, or just preference.

What to expect

Skaoot is built and supported by one person across European working hours. Realistic response times:

  • In-app and web chat: usually within a working day, often faster

  • Email: within two working days

  • Weekends and holidays: slower; messages don’t get lost, just queued

If you’re travelling right now and have an urgent travel-day issue, say so in your first message. Those get prioritized over general questions.
