In plain language
No inbox connection
Skaoot never connects to your mailbox. There is no OAuth into Gmail, no IMAP login, no background scanning. Skaoot only ever sees the emails you explicitly forward to your tracking address.
What we process
The booking confirmation emails you forward, the structured travel detail extracted from them, and your account profile (the email addresses you verify). That is what builds your timeline.
We don’t sell your data
Your travel plans are personal. Skaoot is paid for by users, not by advertisers or data buyers, specifically so that the incentives stay aligned with yours.
Support tooling
In-app and website chat are powered by Intercom. We don’t use the chat widget to track you across the web or build advertising profiles.
Your control
You can add or remove verified email addresses, and you can delete your account and its data from within the app.
